Description Brew City Rod Holder Mount This is a rod holder mount – the Brew City Base (1005) is not included. This fits Scotty and Ram rail mount rod holders,  Older style Ram mount will need to  be drilled out with a 3/8″ drill bit to accept the mount.  This DOES NOT work with flush mount rod holders.  The handle with threaded bolt w/fender washer secures the mount into the rod holder.  The rod holders do need to be tightened so they will not swivel on the rail.
