Three award documents, all to Alfred Oehmichen, for demonstrated proficiency with a small caliber military weapon. The award certificates were presented by the German Rifle Association (the “Deutscher Schutzenverband”) for target shooting. A bronze level certificate was awarded on July 3, 1938; A silver level on July 24, 1938; and a gold level on October 2, 1938. The documents are all 6 1/2 by 9 1/4 inches in size. They show some signs of age and mild toning or spots but are in overall very good condition.
