DescriptionThe Colorlight Z5 is a professional-grade LED super processor designed for situations where real-time image fidelity and ultra-low latency are non-negotiable. It supports the requirements of big format LED control with complete 4K input compatibility across three interface types – HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.2 and 12G-SDI – and delivers up to 13.1 million pixels of total output capacity. This combination makes the Z5 ideal for live events, broadcast venues, sports monitoring setups and film production stages where response time and image quality are crucial.The 3-layer display design allows operators to have up to three simultaneous windows of content — one 4K channel and two HD channels — with full support for cropping, scaling, splicing and window roaming. Processing is done with at least one frame latency, giving a near-instantaneous response for time-sensitive content contexts. The Z5 also supports HDR10 and HLG display standards, ensuring the wide color gamut and high dynamic range of source material is preserved through to compatible receiving cards.Connectivity is provided by 20pcs Gigabit Ethernet ports with Neutrik etherCON connectors, with the option for 2pcs 10 Gigabit fiber ports for long-distance transmission when used with appropriate optical transceivers. Single points of failure are minimized for mission critical deployments with support for both controller redundancy and Ethernet port redundancy. Management over the web is available through any browser, no extra software required.
